The purpose of the research was to study the current practice of regulating
the creation, protection and use of intellectual property objects, distribution
of intellectual property rights in research and development contracts between research
institutions and companies, government agencies, international organizations
and foundations, foreign institutions and organizations; working out proposals
for legislation amendments, recommendations for scientific institutions of the
NAS of Ukraine to improve the regulation of intellectual property relations in
the R&D contracts.

The purpose of the research was to obtain new data on
the completeness and gaps in regulation, problems of inventive activity in
scientific institutions of Ukraine and on the basis of the analysis - to
prepare proposals for improving legislation in this area and recommendations
for the implementation of inventive activity in research institutions of the
NAS of Ukraine.

The purpose of the research was on the basis of analysis
of international legal acts, EU law, national legislation and practice of its
stagnation in Ukraine, Europe and other countries - to explore the most
pressing issues of international legal and national regulation of information
relations and the digital environment, as well as - to identify ways to develop
the information society (IS) in Ukraine and its integration into the European information
society.

The study considered the international legal and
national regulation of information relations - as the most important component
of the world information society, comparative analysis in Ukraine, the EU and
other countries of organizational and legal foundations of the formation and
functioning of the information society and certain aspects of its functioning.
