The Center's specialists have experience of cooperation with projects of the European Commission, the World Intellectual Property Organization, the World Bank, USAID, WTO, EU member-states on protection of intellectual property rights, innovation development, approximation of legislation of New Independent Countries to EU legislation, technology transfer.

In the framework of the project ‒ the Recommendations "Facilitation of Knowledge Transfer in Ukraine between Research Organizations, Universities and Industry"were developed, which were sent to government bodies, research organisations and universities of Ukraine

The Center is open for joint projects and cooperation:  
Specialists of the Centre could collaborate in a number of international projects on promotion of innovation, technology transfer and management of intellectual property rights, approximation of national IPR and innovation legislation to international and EU standards, improvement of enforcement of intellectual property and IPR training. 
The Centre could participate in the «HORIZON EUROPE» and EU member states projects in following types of actions:

  undertaking IPR management, facilitating technology transfer, developing research, innovation and IPR infrastructure in different types of EU financed research projects  and R&D supporting measures projects of HE;
• ❯
  organization of complex comparative analysis of innovation activity and technology transfer support legislation in the EU, EU member states and Ukraine as well intellectual property legislation and working out of the suggestions and drafts of laws on developing of the national legislation for the sector of innovation and intellectual property based on best practice of the EU and EU member-states;

  doing fundamental & applied researches in the sphere of intellectual property.
