The Center cooperates with the Parliament’s Committee on Education, Science and Innovation, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, other state bodies on working out laws and bylaws in the field of intellectual property protection, transfer technologies, innovation activity; providing expert opinions on draft laws and bylaws.

Specialists of the Center participated in the organization and implementation of a comparative study of European Union legislation in the field of intellectual property and legislation of Ukraine, carried out in the framework of the National Program for Approximation of Ukrainian Legislation to EU Legislation. 
The Center's staff members took part in the work of the Ukrainian delegation to the European Commission on Ukraine's participation in the EU Framework Program for Research and Innovation “Horizon Europe” and the Euratom Research and Training Program.
